The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a 911 call made from Frankie Valli‘s residence over the weekend regarding an alleged domestic dispute.
A report claims the 92-year-old’s son Francesco Valli, 38, violated a restraining order and could be heard “banging on the door demanding entry” on Sunday night (May 3), per the dispatch audio as reported by People.
TMZ was the first to report the news, sharing that the police were called but it was a “private family matter” that wound up being “resolved before the authorities arrived.”
The police arrived at 5:05 pm local time, including a police helicopter, but found no evidence of a crime. Once the scene cleared, another call came through for a “family dispute- restraining order violation.”
According to People, Francesco received the restraining order in April 2024 after he “repeatedly physically threatened to harm or kill” his father and Frankie‘s younger son Emilio. Francesco had allegedly been doing this for months, but his threats supposedly escalated after Frankie financially cut him off.
The order is set to expire on April 29, 2027.
Frankie shares Francesco and twins, Emilio and Brando, with his third wife, Randy Clohessy. He married his fourth wife, Jackie Jacobs, at the age of 89 in 2024.
