John Stamos is opening up about his plastic surgery.

The 62-year-old Full House actor got candid in a new interview about a botched nose job he got years ago, and how he eventually got it fixed, during an appearance onThe Really Good Podcast with Bobbi Althoff.

“I broke it when I was a kid. I got hit with a golf club. There was a little scar here,” he began to explain on the podcast.

He starred on the ABC soap opera as the character Blackie Parrish from 1982 to 1984.

“And I was on General Hospital, and I just didn’t like the way it looked, and so I got it done, and it didn’t look great. And then I went and I actually had it fixed by Michael Jackson‘s guy,” he revealed. Watch the interview inside.

John Stamos had opened up about his nose job in his memoir, If You Would Have Told Me, saying he had the nickname “Big Nose Stamos” at school.

“Everyone who gets a nose job tries to find some excuse other than vanity, but let’s call it what it was — vanity,” he wrote in the book, via People.

“I’m not all that happy with it. My nose looks kind of pushed up like Peter Pan or something. So on my next hiatus, I have it redone by Michael Jackson’s plastic surgeon. Who better to handle the delicate task of resculpting my nose than the man who created a whole new face for M.J.?” he added.

“I haven’t even been on the show for a year and I’ve already graduated from the youthful newbie to the double-nose-job guy,” John went on to recall in his memoir.

A major star recently debuted her facelift and explained why she got it done.

Barbra Streisand is set to be honored at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, but she will no longer be attending the ceremony.

The 84-year-old icon will sadly not be there to accept her honorary Palme d’Or at the closing ceremony of the film festival due to a knee injury.

“On the advice of my doctors, as I continue recovering from a knee injury, I am sadly unable to attend the Festival de Cannes this year,” she shared in a statement, via Variety.

“But I am deeply honored to receive the honorary Palme d’Or and had so been looking forward to celebrating the remarkable films of the 79th edition.”

“I was also very much looking forward to spending time with colleagues whom I so admire — and, of course, returning to France, a place I have always loved. While I regret that I can’t be there in person, I want to extend my warmest congratulations to all of the filmmakers from around the world whose extraordinary talent and creative vision are being celebrated this year,” the statement continues.

“My heartfelt thanks to the Festival, and to everyone who continues to support and champion the art of cinema.”

The tribute will still happen on May 23.

Iris Knobloch, Thierry Frémaux and the entire festival team send Barbra Streisand their warmest wishes for a prompt recovery,” the festival said in a press release.

Barbra will be the third person to get an honorary Palme d’Or in 2026, including Peter Jackson and John Travolta.

If you missed it, Jane Fonda recently questioned why Barbra got to do Robert Redford‘s In Memoriam tribute at the 2026 Oscars, when she worked with him more often.
