  3. Keeping your spine straight and core engaged, pull the band toward your face and squeeze your shoulder blades together. 
  4. Pause, then extend your arms back to the starting position.

  1. With one end of a large resistance band looped under the arches of your feet, stand with your feet hip-width apart or wider. 
  2. Hold the other end of the resistance band with your hands about shoulder-width apart.

6. Bent-Over Row
