Paramount Pictures has released the official trailer for The Angry Birds Movie 3, the next installment in the animated franchise based on the wildly popular Rovio game series.
The new movie brings back Jason Sudeikis as Red, who is now facing a very different kind of challenge: fatherhood. According to the official synopsis, “one angry bird will face his greatest challenge yet, surviving fatherhood… while saving the world!”
The trailer leans into Red’s new family life as he tries to handle the chaos of parenting while still getting pulled into a massive adventure.
Josh Gad returns as Chuck, Danny McBride is back as Bomb, and Rachel Bloom returns as Silver. The movie also introduces Red and Silver’s children, with Walker Scobell voicing their adventurous son Gilder, Emma Myers voicing their creative daughter June, and Psalm West voicing baby hatchling Olly.
The packed voice cast also includes Keke Palmer, Lily James, Tim Robinson, Marcello Hernandez, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishan, Nikki Glaser, MrBeast, Salish Matter, Sam Richardson, and James Austin Johnson.
The Angry Birds Movie 3 is directed by John Rice, with a screenplay by Thurop Van Orman. The movie is produced by John Cohen, Dan Chuba, Carla Connor, and Namit Malhotra.
The Angry Birds Movie 3 will fly into theaters on December 23, 2026, just in time for the holiday movie season!
