A new episode of Clarkson’s Farm revealed that host Jeremy Clarkson has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.
On the Wednesday (June 17) episode of the Prime Video television series, the 66-year-old TV personality sat down with co-stars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland to break the news.
“I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy, and it is cancer, and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early,” he said (via the BBC). He added he’s known about the cancer “since May.”
The episode was apparently filmed sometime between 2024 and 2025.
“I promise I’ll be fine,” he assured his colleagues.
He later confirmed he was dealing with prostate cancer.
“The prostate, 10% of it is dead, the 10% where the cancer is,” he disclosed.
Ahead of the airing of the new episode, Jeremy posted on Instagram, saying, “Sombre news – Clarkson’s Farm, ordinarily we try to keep the show bucolic and charming, and cheerful, but two episodes which drop in the middle of the night tonight are, they’re none of those things, really.”
We’re wishing him all the best at this time.
If you don’t know, Jeremy got in a bit of hot water a few years back and ended up apologizing to a celebrity couple.
