Another In the City baby is on the way!
Andrea Denver and Lexi Sundin have announced that she is pregnant and they’re expecting their first child together, People reveals.
The exciting news for the Summer House spinoff stars comes two years after they tied the knot in his hometown in Italy.
“Last fall, we decided it was time to start trying for a family, something we had always hoped for,” Lexi shared. “Over Christmas, while we were spending time with family, I realized my period was a few days late and had a feeling I might be pregnant.”
“I took a test on my own because I didn’t want us both getting our hopes up too soon, and when it came back positive, I immediately went to find Andrea,” she added. “It was one of those moments you wish you could bottle up forever. We were completely stunned in the best way and filled with gratitude.”
Andrea has been very vocal in the past, when he was on Summer House and Winter House, about wanting a family.
The couple are expecting their little one in September and as it gets closer, it’s feeling more and more real for them.
“It’s exciting because every week makes it a little more real, and we’re both counting down the days until we finally get to meet our little one,” they told People.
In addition to Lexi being pregnant, their In the City co-stars Yvonne Najor and Danielle Olivera, who both announced their pregnancies within the past month, are expecting as well!
“It’s honestly crazy that two of our closest friends and cast mates from In the City, Yvonne and Danielle, are also pregnant, and we’re all due around the same time,” Andrea and Lexi said. “There’s something really special about experiencing this season of life together.”
“We get to share milestones, swap stories and navigate all the excitement of becoming parents side-by-side, which has made the journey even more meaningful,” they added.
They have also revealed they’re expecting a baby girl, which they’re “absolutely thrilled” about.
“We always said we’d be happy either way, but there’s been something really fun about imagining the little person she’s going to become and who she will look like,” they said.
